The Campground makes a significant commitment (food/entertainment) for our scheduled events. Additionally, these dates typically fill up early resulting in potential reservations being lost due to availability.Therefore the following payment and cancellation policies are in effect for all dates listed on this page. To reserve a campsite/stalls for an event weekend payment in full is due at time reservation is made. To reserve a campsite/stalls for one of our week long events requires a deposit of 50% of total with the balance being due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days prior to date of arrival a full refund (minus $20 admin fee) will be issued. Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival all money paid (minus $20 admin fee) can be rolled to a future date within 1 year. Reservation must be made at the time of cancellation and can only be rolled 1 time. Less than 14 days prior to arrival full amount of reservation is due and no monies will be refunded. Join us on Derby Day for all of the fun and excitement of the fastest 2 minutes in sports! Throughout the day we will be showing the races on our huge outdoor theater under the pavilion. During the day enjoy the scenic beauty of Mammoth Cave National Park as you explore the back country, trail riding with old friends and new acquaintances. After the big race put your dancing boots on for live music at the pavilion!

Life is a Ride is a weekend full of fun. The ride will feature a free clinic Friday, Trail riding throughout the weekend. There is a silent auction Friday night, live auction Saturday night and live bands Friday & Saturday nights. Meals are provided Friday evening thru Sunday morning and vendors will be set up to browse after your days riding in beautiful Mammoth Cave National Park!
