Reservation/Cancellation Policy
50% deposit for reservations over 30 days in advance / balance due 7 days prior to arrival date
100% deposit for reservations less than 30 days in advance
A full refund will be given for cancellations 14 days prior to arrival (regular camping)
A 50% refund will be given for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival or deposit can be applied to a future reservation within the next 6 months (regular camping) Deposit can be transferred 1 time.
For holiday weekends and organized rides NO REFUNDS will be given if cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Holiday weekends require 3 nights minimum stay
No refunds will be given for a no show-no call.
